Who is responsible?

What data?
Through the quote form only: your name, email, phone (optional), stay dates, number of guests, breakfast preference and your message.
No account, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
Why?
To answer your quote request and organise your stay. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale of your data.
Who has access?
The villa team. Our technical providers: Vercel (hosting and cookie-free audience measurement) and Resend (sending emails).
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own rules.
For how long?
As long as needed to handle your request, then 12 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].
You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco) or the data protection authority in your country.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The form's anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), when enabled, may set a technical item needed for security.
